Orders received outside of regular business hours will be processed on the next business day. Our goal is to ship orders via Canada Post within 48 hours of processing. Processing time includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
As indicated above, our shipping service provider is Canada Post, which offers the choice of three shipping options at the time of checkout:
- Expedited Parcel: Between 1 -7 business days
- Xpresspost: 1-3 business days
- Priority: 1-3 business days
All three service options listed above include order updates and tracking information, provided you’ve selected to receive these notifications during the checkout process.
The costs of shipping are automatically calculated by Canada Post at the time of checkout. As a result, the method (ie. Expedited Parcel, Priority, or Xpresspost) by which your order is shipped and for which you are charged is determined by you. Unless otherwise specified, all quotes will be drafted using Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. Large volume orders may be shipped via freight service.
Currently, we only ship to destinations located within Canada and the United States (the “US”). Shipping to the US is considered “international”, which may require additional processing and transit times. Also, please note that additional duties and import fees may apply for which you will be responsible. Late & Missing Parcels
In the event that your order does not arrive in the expected time frame and your tracking information becomes unavailable or has not been updated in several days, we ask that you wait a full 14 business days from the date you received your shipping confirmation prior to contacting us (for Expedited Parcels). For Xpresspost and Priority services, please contact us after 5 business days from the date you received your shipping confirmation. While we cannot guarantee to have any influence over Canada Post services, we will do our best to ensure any shipping issues are resolved in a timely manner.
We do our best to ensure that all orders are packaged in a way that protects them from damage that could arise during the shipping process. In the event that items within the shipping packaging arrive damaged due to excessive wear or mishandling, please contact us immediately. We may ask that you provide us with pictures of the packaging and the damage to the item, so that we can pursue the matter with Canada Post. As per our Refund & Exchange Policy, if you do not notify us via the Contact Us form on our website or by email at email@example.com within 14 days from the date of delivery, we will not be able to offer you any corrective solutions.
