Refund & Exchange Policy
All items sold on the humanworks press site are ineligible for return. However, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange (replacement) in the event that your item(s) is defective or damaged as a result of mishandling in the shipping process.
All requests for refunds or exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must notify us by email at email@example.com or submit a request through the form on the Contact Us page of our website at within 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, requests for refunds or exchanges received beyond 14 days from the date of delivery will not be considered.
Please note that all digitally downloaded products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your exchange request is approved, you will be notified via the email you provided. After you have been notified that your request for exchange has been approved, a replacement item(s) will be shipped to you via Canada Post Expedited Shipping at no additional charge. You will not be required to return the damaged product to us.
If your request for refund is approved, you will be notified via the email address you provided. You will also receive an email including a return shipping label; you will be responsible for packaging the item(s). Once your return is received, a credit of the original purchase price of the item(s) less the return shipping fees will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days from the date your refund request was approved, please first check your financial account and then contact your credit card company or payment provider. Note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
